Small to medium runs

Small batch manufacturing, with large runs available

DB Pharmaceuticals specialises in small to medium production runs for new and growing brands, from our TGA GMP licensed facility in Kings Park, Sydney. Capsule runs start from around 10,000 capsules, with typical lead times of 3 to 8 weeks once your formula is approved and materials are in stock. Launch a capsule, tablet, powder, liquid or cream without over-ordering, then scale the same product to large runs on the same site.

How small batch manufacturing works with us

  1. Start small. Make a first run sized to test the market, launch a range or supply practitioners.

  2. Same site, same process. Your product is made and packed under the same GMP system it will use at larger runs.

  3. Scale up. When demand grows, we scale the same product to larger runs without changing manufacturer.

Who it suits

New supplement brands, practitioner and naturopath ranges, line extensions, limited editions and products moving from overseas or from a manufacturer whose minimums are too high.

Formats available in small runs

Capsules, tablets, powders, sachets and stick packs, liquids, creams and topicals, with in-house packing for every dosage form.

Planning your first run

See How minimum order quantities work and the Supplement launch checklist. Capsule runs start from around 10,000 capsules. For tablets, powders, sachets, liquids and creams, minimums depend on the product and pack, and we confirm them with your quote. Lead times are typically 3 to 8 weeks once your formula is approved and materials are in stock.
