Our TGA GMP-licensed facility in Kings Park
DB Pharmaceuticals manufactures and packs at 6 Coronation Ave, Kings Park NSW, in Sydney. Under our TGA GMP licence, the site combines production suites for solid dose, liquid, semi-solid and topical sunscreen products with packing equipment and a quality team that reviews batches before release for supply. Testing arrangements are confirmed for each product.

What is on site
Solid dose: powder blending, capsule filling and tablet pressing. Liquids: batching, bottle filling and capping. Semi-solids: creams, gels, topicals and sunscreens filled into tubes, jars and pumps. Packing: blister packing, bottle and jar filling, sachet and stick pack filling, tube and pump filling, and labelling. Quality: documented GMP procedures, qualified equipment, in-process checks, testing set by each product's specification, and review before release for supply.
