DB Pharmaceuticals blends powders for listed medicines, supplements and functional nutrition at our TGA GMP licensed facility in Kings Park, Sydney. Blends can be packed as powders in sachets, stick packs or jars, or go straight to capsule filling or tablet pressing on site. We specialise in small to medium batches, with large batches available. This work is carried out under our TGA GMP licence, covering full product manufacture, including release for supply, with physical testing.
How powder blending works at DB Pharmaceuticals
Formula and specification. We confirm your formula, ingredient specifications and the finished format the blend is for.
Dispensing. Each ingredient is weighed against the approved formula, and every step is recorded in the batch record.
Blending. Ingredients are blended to specification so every dose matches the label.
Next step on site. The blend goes straight on to capsule filling, tablet pressing, sachet or stick pack filling, or tub filling. No freight between suppliers.
Physical testing and release. Each batch is documented, physically tested and released for supply through our quality system.
