DB Pharmaceuticals manufactures therapeutic creams, gels, topicals and sunscreens at our TGA GMP licensed facility in Kings Park, Sydney. We batch and fill into tubes, jars and pump packs, with labelling in-house. We specialise in small to medium runs, with large runs available. Semi-solids and topical sunscreens are within our TGA GMP licence, covering full product manufacture, including release for supply, with physical testing.
How cream and topical manufacturing works
Formulation review. We review your formula for manufacturability and for compatibility with your chosen pack.
Batching. Creams, gels and lotions are batched to your approved formula in our semi-solids suite.
Filling. Product is filled into tubes, jars or pump packs.
Labelling and packing. Done in-house.
Physical testing and release. Each batch is documented, physically tested and released for supply through our quality system.
