Sachet and stick pack filling
DB Pharmaceuticals blends and fills powders into sachets and stick packs for supplements, functional nutrition and listed medicines at our TGA GMP licensed facility in Kings Park, Sydney. Blending and filling happen on one site, so your product goes from formulation to boxed sachets without a second supplier. We specialise in small to medium runs, with large runs available. This work is carried out under our TGA GMP licence, covering full product manufacture, including release for supply, with physical testing.
How sachet and stick pack filling works
Blend. Your powder is blended to specification on site.
Format choice. We help you choose between sachets and stick packs based on dose size, how the product is used and how it sits on shelf. See Sachets vs stick packs.
Filling and sealing. Each sachet or stick is filled to your dose and sealed, with in-process checks.
Cartoning. Packs are cartoned and labelled in-house.
Release. Each batch is documented, physically tested and released for supply through our quality system.
