Liquid manufacturing and bottle filling
DB Pharmaceuticals manufactures and fills liquids for listed medicines, vitamins and sports supplements at our TGA GMP licensed facility in Kings Park, Sydney. We batch, fill, cap and label bottles in one site. We specialise in small to medium runs, with large runs available. Liquids are within our TGA GMP licence, covering full product manufacture, including release for supply, with physical testing.
How liquid manufacturing works
Formulation review. We check your formula for compatibility, viscosity and how it will fill and pack.
Batching. Ingredients are dispensed and batched to your approved formula in our liquids suite.
Filling and capping. The liquid is bottle filled and capped, with in-process checks.
Labelling. Bottles are labelled and packed in-house.
Physical testing and release. Each batch is documented, physically tested and released for supply through our quality system.
